Experience a fun night in Italy as you learn the art of making fresh pasta and dive into Italian culinary culture in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Tiff will guide you through the process of preparing delicious dishes using traditional techniques and seasonal ingredients.

Start with roasted eggplant layered with arrabbiata sauce, ricotta and fresh basil. Then, handcraft stuffed ravioli filled with spinach, goat cheese and mushrooms, served in a delicate sage beurre blanc.
