What You’ll Do

Add a pasta-making string to your culinary bow in this chef-led class.

Finally add fresh pasta to your home cooking repertoire when you sign up to this hands-on and immersive cooking class. A renowned chef with over a decade’s experience leads the way, showing you how to make fresh dough and then roll it out to create pappardelle with savory Bolognese sauce. On the side, you’ll make roasted broccoli with shaved Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing. For dessert, you’re sure to enjoy a slice (or two) of olive oil polenta cake with whipped cream.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was well organized with clear directions. Chef was wonderful - Adiska was very patient, kind and fun. I really enjoyed myself! Not to mention the sushi was tasty, too!
