It was perfect. Lisa provided step by step instructions and lots of encouragement. She also explained a lot of the science behind the mixing and blending of ingredients. We had a great time!

My husband and I had such a fantastic time with Chef Lisa learning to make hand pies! We both were pretty nervous about working with a hot water pastry crust since neither of us are very skilled bakers, but Lisa made it so accessible and easy! We had such a great time, our hand pies came out delicious, and we came home with a bunch more to freeze and bake later. Would highly recommend Chef Lisa’s class!

Chef Lisa is a gem. She makes you feel so comfortable witin the first two minutes of arriving and before you know it, a few hours have gone by and we were eating the most delcious hand pies! Knows her stuff and is a wealth of culinary information and its all delivered in easy-to-understand instructions. We can't wait to book again - if ten stars were possible, she'd earn them.
