This five-day summer camp teaches baking basics with delicious sweet and savory recipes daily.
This fun five-day cooking class series helps kids ages 7–11 become accomplished bakers. They’ll bake up a storm with both savory and sweet recipes — cheesy bread, sugar cookies, frosted cupcakes and more. With an experienced chef’s guidance, students learn how to measure properly, use tools safely and decorate with confidence. At week’s end, they graduate with a certificate and printed menu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Her adventures in taste and texture began in a family-owned Japanese eatery and led her on a journey of discovery through the world of international cuisine. Drawing on these worldwide influences, Chef Megan and her capable crew now share their passion for global flavors with home cooks looking to expand their home dining territory.
