This was such a great memory making experience for my daughters & I. We learned, we laughed & found a French speaking friend. The evening was an absolute success & I’m so glad I found this option. We cooked Chicken Cordon Blue, French Green Beans, Potatoes Gratin, and Apple Tarte Tatin. We all had a wonderful time and learned some time saving culinary skills. Florence was a pleasure!

Florence was an absolute delight to have in our home. She brought warmth and genuine enthusiasm to every step of the evening, making us feel completely at ease in our own kitchen. She walked us through the art of Chicken Cordon Bleu with such skill and patience — sharing clever techniques, creative twists, and the kind of insider knowledge you just can't find in a recipe book. Between the pounding, layering, and perfectly golden crust, we swapped stories and laughs, and before we knew it, we were sitting down to a beautiful meal we had made ourselves. The whole experience was engaging, educational, and truly memorable. We couldn't recommend Florence more highly!
