Cooking Class - Thai Kitchen Tricks

What You’ll Do

Embark on a tour of Thailand in this immersive and authentic chef-led class.

If you love Thai food but don’t want to fly long-haul to enjoy it, this cooking class is definitely for you. In it, you’ll learn from a renowned chef how to prepare a menu packed with sun-soaked Thai dishes. Think chicken satay with spicy peanut sauce, lime and brown sugar-glazed salmon, a green mango and cucumber salad and a bowl of ginger-steamed Jasmine rice. For dessert? A scoop or two of coconut-lime sorbet is sure to cleanse your palate.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.

Not a good cooking class. Venue was tight. Chef was pushy and rushed. We skipped making ice cream
