You cannot think of British tradition without reflecting upon the love of baking that has been a part of the culture since the Middle Ages. Now, with the guidance of Chef Janice, you can enjoy a special baking class that brings the aroma of an English Manor into your own home. With a menu that includes some of the the most decadent of desserts, you will both be able to share in the joy of making these sinful creations in a fun and intimate environment.

Begin your adventure by learning to prepare a moist and luscious zingy citrus madeira cake, followed by creating a heavenly frangipane tart that will delight your palate. For the grand finale, indulge in an irresistible raspberry meringue trifle.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Janice and her team do an amazing job. I've been using Janice for over 3 years now. She has catered several parties for me big and small: New Year's Eve party, Thanksgiving dinner, Birthdays and more. Janice has great menu suggestions and works with you all the way. The food is delicious, good quality and fresh. Her prices are very reasonable too. I also order the "fitness meals" and they are awesome! Janice will always have my business. Thank you Janice and team for your incredible talent and service.

I have been ordering from Janice for several months now. The food is delicious, some of us are vegetarian and/or gluten free and there are options to modify the meals. I used a different catering service prior to Janice and I find that the meals are healthier, and less expensive than my previous service. Unlike other reviews I don't consider Janice to be pricey, I'm basically getting a personal chef who makes me delicious, healthy meals for very reasonable prices. A lot cheaper and healthier than eating out. Janice is very responsive and quick to answer questions and incorporate suggestions

Chef Janice, Thank you for the opportunity to taste test your food. We enjoyed the sandwiches and soup and the food was critiqued by "foodies" so it was interesting to hear what they had to say. Beef was excellent. Was there a fish base of some sort in the Greek Lemon soup. What were the little green edibles inside of the chicken salad sandwiches. We'd love to proceed with a catering order for next week Tues., April 4th which would include two (2) deliveries. One for a light breakfast at 7:30 am and then another delivery for a lunch which we'd like to have delivered around 11:45 am. Again if you could put something together for our review and tweaking that would be great. Please let me know if you have any questions. Sue Allen
