Join Chef Ming on a culinary tour of the Hawaiian islands!
It’s time to get festive with a succulent variety of both fusion and traditional Hawaiian fare. Your palate will be awakened by the distinct flavors of each meal as you are guided through the cooking process in a personalized atmosphere with Chef Ming, a culinary artist that loves to pass on her culinary knowledge and childhood stories of growing up in Molokai. Bring the taste of Hawaii into your own home to delight friends and family again and again.
Chef Ming begins the class by showing you how to create Hawaiian style buffalo wings that will make your mouth water, followed by a savory pickled Napa cabbage seaweed salad. Your third course consists of a tender salmon and pork lau lau with a luscious dessert that is positively heavenly; coconut pudding.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
