Spoil yourself and your significant other with an evening of baking in an intimate setting. Chef Ming has assembled an ambrosial two-course menu that highlights some of the very best varieties of this charming French treat. Whether you want to delight guests with a distinct hors d'oeuvre, appetizer, or dessert, tartlets are among the most versatile of foods that are sure to bring smiles to the faces of your guests while satisfying their taste buds.

Refreshing asparagus, goat cheese and tomato and succulent mushroom, spinach, and pecorino tartlets compose the first course, followed by a variety of sweet tartlets from which to choose; blissful caramel walnut or classic chocolate truffle and irresistible fig custard.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
