You will be a bonafide risotto chef once you master Chef Antonella’s secrets to perfectly tender, creamy risottos. In this class, you’ll work your way through three decadent risotto recipes that you can easily recreate at home.
The first course is a traditional risotto boscaiola bursting with porcini mushrooms and Parmigiano cheese. Create a luscious risotto contadino spiked with fresh asparagus and crisp, salty pancetta. Then cook an authentic risotto romano, laced with rich gorgonzola and bright radicchio.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
