Pasta Making Class - Pasta Making - Roman Style

Learn the secret to fresh homemade pasta and sauces!

Master the art of fresh pasta making by creating a homemade taglioni and an array of classic pasta sauces. Chef Antonella will share her secret tips and techniques for flawless Roman cuisine.

The class covers three mouthwatering sauces. A bright pesto full of fresh basil, pine nuts, and savory pecorino cheese is the first pairing, followed by a creamy gorgonzola sauce spiked with Parmigiano. The final sauce is a special chef’s secret that will only be revealed in the class!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
