Cooking Class - Bottomless Brunch
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Stacy will guide you through a three-course brunch menu that combines the best of New American and Italian cuisine.
Your class begins by learning how to make a refreshing citrus stack with homemade vanilla syrup for a light and refreshing appetizer. Next, learn how to prepare a savory iron skillet ricotta frittata with Parmesan and fresh basil. The class wraps up with scratch-made Belgian waffles complete with a toppings bar. Pile them high with fresh strawberries, nuts, maple syrup and and vanilla whipped cream!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
