Cooking Class - Ocean Bounty
Enjoy the fresh bounty of the ocean by handcrafting a four-course seafood feast. Chef Yapo will teach you tips and techniques for cooking luscious seafood fare that you can easily recreate at home.
The first course is a kale Caesar salad studded with shrimp, followed by flaky mini jumbo crab cakes paired with a homemade lemon aioli. Next, Chef Yapo will show you how to expertly sear sesame ahi tuna to perfection, sided by creamy coconut rice. Finally, prepare a sweet lemon raspberry tart for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
