Cooking Class - Ocean Bounty
Enjoy the fresh bounty of the ocean by handcrafting a four-course seafood feast. Chef Yapo will teach you tips and techniques for cooking luscious seafood fare that you can easily recreate at home.
The first course is a kale Caesar salad with succulent shrimp, followed by tender mini jumbo crab cakes paired with a homemade lemon aioli. Choose between a seared sesame big eye or a mouthwatering ahi tuna with coconut rice. The meal ends with a sweet lemon raspberry tart.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
