Chef Stacy offers a class experience that emphasizes the importance of using only the freshest of ingredients to make each morsel as pleasing to the palate as possible.
Learn some basic grilling techniques with Chef Stacy as you work your way through these grilled dishes. First, she will show you how to prepare a luscious and flavorful ahi tuna tartare. Then, you will create a decadent bacon-wrapped filet mignon and succulent lobster tails. Lastly, prepare heavenly dark chocolate molten lava cakes.
