Create homemade dumplings and a lush Italian meal

Add authentic Italian flare to your culinary repertoire by mastering the art of homemade gnudi and gnocchi. Chef Yapo will guide you through an authentic three course Italian meal filled with decadent ingredients and flavors.

The first course is a fresh spinach salad studded with heirloom cherry tomatoes and feta and dressed in a creamy lemon vinaigrette. Learn how to craft a gorgonzola gnocchi and a succulent gnudi bolognese, paired with a roasted garlic baguette. The meal ends on a light, sweet note with blueberry sorbet.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Yapo was a such an energetic and informative chef who was very patient with all of us family of five! We had a really enjoyable time learning about how to make gnocchi and gnudi and the food turned out awesome! It was a really great experience and my whole family really enjoyed it!
