Pasta-Making Class - Gnudi & Gnocchi
Add authentic Italian flare to your culinary repertoire by mastering the art of homemade gnudi and gnocchi. In this hands-on pasta-making class, Chef Yapo will guide you through cooking a three-course Italian meal filled with fresh ingredients and flavors.
The first course is a spinach salad studded with heirloom cherry tomatoes and feta and dressed in a creamy lemon vinaigrette. Next, learn how to craft both gnocchi and gnudi paired with a walnut pesto sauce and a roasted garlic baguette. The meal ends on a light, sweet note with blueberry sorbet.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
