Pasta-Making Class - Ravioli
Expand your culinary repertoire by mastering the art of homemade ravioli in this classic Italian cooking class. Chef Yapo will guide you through creating a traditional three-course meal using fresh ingredients in each dish.
The first course is a crisp farmer’s market slaw brimming with fresh produce and dressed in a sharp apple cider vinaigrette. Learn how to cook two styles of ravioli with an array of rich fillings, then pair your homemade pasta with a rosemary-laced beurre blanc sauce. Finally, make a bright pistachio ice cream for dessert.
