Handcraft a rustic Italian meal featuring ravioli as your main course.

Expand your culinary repertoire by mastering the art of homemade ravioli in this classic Italian cooking class. Chef Yapo will guide you through creating a traditional three-course meal using fresh ingredients in each dish.

The first course is a crisp farmer’s market slaw brimming with fresh produce and dressed in a sharp apple cider vinaigrette. Learn how to cook two styles of ravioli with an array of rich fillings, then pair your homemade pasta with a rosemary-laced beurre blanc sauce. Finally, make a bright pistachio ice cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Yapo was a consummate professional and a lot of fun! We got to make pasta from scratch - need I say more?! It was a very hands-on experience, we all got to participate and learn in the process. And the food we made was delicious! Good time had by all!
