Take the stress out of planning your next dinner party while impressing your guests with a delicious menu assembled by Chef Sabine, a culinary connoisseur that enjoys creating dishes that are both healthy and flavorsome. With her expert instruction, you will be guided through the preparation of each course in a nurturing and warm environment. With your newly-acquired skills, you can wow guests again and again with memorable dinner parties that showcase mouthwatering cuisine.
Start your class off with your choice of salad; zesty shredded brussel sprout with almonds or hearty roasted beet and carrot. For your main course, select either a succulent stuffed flank steak or delectable chicken roulade. In keeping with the theme of choice, prepare a side of either mustard and yogurt glazed asparagus or spring pea quinoa risotto. Complete your experience with a decadent chocolate bread pudding.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
