Indulge in five flavorful meals from special menus prepared by Chef Sabine, a culinary artist that is passionate about creating succulent cuisine that is also healthy and nutritious. In this workshop you will learn the art of weekly meal planning, with Chef Sabine guiding you and your guests with tips and tricks on how to work wholesome meals into your busy schedule. Guests will prepare and pack enough meals to explore a delectable cornucopia of dishes all week long.
Each menu incorporates the freshest of ingredients that take into account a variety of dietary preferences. At the end of class, Chef Sabine will leave you with both the recipes and shopping lists to recreate each menu item.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Sabine was very friendly, and had an incredible menu with 3 different courses that included dessert. The atmosphere was really intimate even though we were took the class with strangers. I LOVED Chef Sabine, very friendly, easy to talk to, an EXCELLENT Chef. I learned so much in such a short span of time and I was never bored or without something to do. She is an absolute sweetheart and makes everything seem effortless to do. Her techniques are simple but challenging enough that a long-time home cook like me could be entertained and know that I could make these dishes easily at home...and I have! Absolutely love her.
