Chef Ploy will guide you through four thrilling recipes representing a range of Asian cuisines. For the first course, you will create a fresh cucumber salad laced with authentic spicy Korean flavors, followed by succulent Chinese shrimp dumplings. Learn how to make a succulent Vietnamese beef pho brimming with tender rice noodles and fresh herbs. The meal ends on a sweet note with a classic Thai mango sticky rice.
