They'll discover how to use ingredients like dairy-free milk, almond flour, dairy-free butter and seasonal berries to create delicious, bakery-worthy treats. Chef Lisa is a gem. She makes you feel so comfortable witin the first two minutes of arriving and before you know it, a few hours have gone by and we were eating the most delcious hand pies! Knows her stuff and is a wealth of culinary information and its all delivered in easy-to-understand instructions. We can't wait to book again - if ten stars were possible, she'd earn them.
