Kids Cooking Class - Cucina Italiana: Gnocchi for Kids
Chef Tanya has developed a fun, kid-friendly Italian meal full of recipes that are perfect for little chefs. Kids will love learning new culinary techniques as they make their very own four-course Italian feast.
The meal starts with a colorful heirloom tomato panzanella salad, bursting with ripe tomatoes and fresh basil. They will learn how to make pillowy gnocchi paired with pancetta and Parmesan, followed by Italian sausage served with an array of sauces. A tart, creamy lemon ricotta granita is the perfect dessert to end this mouthwatering meal.
