Join Chef Julia and learn how to make three delicious and unique types of tacos.
Taco Tuesday can be any day once you take this class with Chef Julia. With her years and professional cooking experience and expertise you’ll be in good hands and will leave with renewed taco mastery!
First you’ll learn how to make delicious grilled corn with cotija cheese.
Next choose either a classic fish taco with pickled onions, jalapeños, a fresh cabbage slaw and homemade white sauce; or chile-spiced steak tacos topped with from-scratch pico de gallo and an avocado crema; or a tasty vegetarian option - crunchy tofu tacos topped with spicy kimchi, crisp Asian pear, scallions and a sprinkling of sweet honey-roasted peanuts. The meal will end with a sweet rice pudding.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Julia has over 15 years experience in the culinary world but her passion for food began when she was very young. Raised in an Italian-American household, she got a first-hand education on the importance of high-quality, home-cooked food. Growing up in the kitchen taught her that cooking is not a tedious chore, rather something to be truly enjoyed. Today it is her passion to teach people how to have fun in their home kitchens making delicious and nutritious food.
