Learn the delicate art of preparing gluten-free macarons, with their crisp shells and creamy fillings, in two indulgent flavors: vanilla bean macarons with mocha buttercream and blueberry cheesecake macarons. Expert bakers will share the secrets to whipping the perfect meringue and achieving the ideal texture for this sweet and sophisticated treat.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was fun and very well organized. I always thought the art of macaron making was daunting but the chef broke down the process into simple steps and gave a ton of helpful tips. We had a great time while learning a skill we will have for life!
