Cooking Class - Croissant Craftsmanship

A pastry chef will teach you the secrets to creating croissants that melt in your mouth as you explore two different types of croissants. You'll learn how to do it all, from mastering the dough mixing to honing your folding and laminating technique, ensuring the achieve that perfect, crispy texture.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
