Expand your culinary repertoire by mastering the knife skills used by the world’s finest chefs. Chef Chericia will guide you through elegant cutting techniques that are guaranteed to elevate your cuisine.

Learn how to wield a chef’s knife as you slice your way through a variety of ingredients, including learning how to break down a whole chicken. Carve fresh vegetables into small, medium and large diced brunoise. You'll also learn the proper way to julienne and batonnet an assortment of ingredients. You'll truly become a knife-wielding pro in this class with Chef Chericia, as she teaches you how to properly care for knives.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chericia was great!! I booked a Cozy Meal as a Valentine’s Day gift for me and my boyfriend and we had a great experience. We both learned so much and I think this experience has helped my boyfriend feel more comfortable in the kitchen. Chericia was not only a great teacher but also very patient and reaffirming during the process. My favorite part is that she came to our location so that we could cook and eat in our own space.
