Master the knife skills used by the world’s finest chefs in this interactive cooking class, as Chef Chericia guides you through a handful of smart cutting methods that will grow and elevate your kitchen confidence.

Learn how to wield a chef’s knife as you slice your way through a variety of ingredients, including learning how to break down a whole chicken. Carve fresh vegetables into small, medium and large diced brunoise. You'll also learn the proper way to julienne and batonnet an assortment of ingredients, and how to properly care for knives.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
