What You’ll Do

Embrace the best of the season with a tantalizing seasonal feast.

Craft an incredible summer feast in this vibrant cooking class, where juicy steak is the star of the show. A world-class chef will teach you how to expertly sear steak, crusted with rainbow peppercorns and drizzled with a rich mushroom-cognac pan sauce. You'll then assemble a colorful heirloom tomato and peach salad tossed in herb vinaigrette. To finish, you'll layer luscious cream with cake for a mixed summer berry trifle.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Fun class but chef made it feel rushed.. she was very nice. Did not like that there was no seats. It was standing the whole time
