The class was not led by Monica but by a young 20 year old. He did a good job. The class was good and the food (NY strip steak and frites with arugula salad) was phenomenal. I didn't love that they put you in groups of 4 because we didn't get to participate in everything. All in all it was a nice date.

Greetings, We participated in the Creative Croissants class and it was fantastic! Chef Caitlyn and the helping chefs were so kind, knowledgeable and patient with my daughter and I. We will definitely be attending another class!
