What You’ll Do

A four-day culinary experience for teens exploring Filipino, Asian, Mexican and French cuisines.

This exciting four-day culinary series invites teens to explore global cuisines in a hands-on cooking class. Kick off with Filipino favorites, including chicken adobo, pancit and banana-stuffed lumpia. Next, dive into Asian flavors with BBQ-baked bao buns, cucumber salad, wiggle cake and milk tea boba. On day three, master Mexican classics like birria tacos, elote dip and flan, then wrap up with French bistro-inspired steak frites and lava cakes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.
