Cooking Class - Modern Specialty Croissants

What You’ll Do

Give the classic croissant a contemporary touch with tantalizing sweet and savory additions.

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll practice the art of laminated dough with tips from an expert chef. Once you've mastered the process for making classic croissant dough, you'll use your buttery dough to create savory ham and cheese croissants. Then, infuse flaky morning buns with zesty orange and fragrant cardamom.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
