Learn to prepare an Italian-American classic with Chef Gaspare!
Cioppino is a fish stew that actually originated in San Francisco. Now you can learn to perfect this dish with the expert guidance of Chef Gaspare, who hails from the bay of Naples and has an impressive background as a culinary professional. He will expertly guide you through the preparation process in a fun environment that is intimidation-free.
Begin your journey with a zesty wild green salad, followed by fresh mussels, clams, calamari and fresh seasonal fish in a savory red sauce broth. For dessert, you will create a tiramisu that is fit-for-the-gods. After the class, you will be able to use your new skills to delight family and friends again and again.

Chef Gaspare made the best cioppino I've ever had, and told us some amazing stories about his travels, cooking, Italy. Dessert was a fantastic tiramisu, also homemade. This was a delightful evening, and I would highly recommend this class.

Thank you!
I am Italian, from the bay of Naples so I specialize in southern Italian comfort food with an emphasis on fresh, simple ingredients and seafood. I spent 25 years as a chef on merchant marine ships with Italian crews. I came to the Seattle area in 1989 and fell in love with the natural beauty here. I opened my first restaurant in 1993, then 2 more, all featuring rustic southern Italian comfort food.
