We really enjoyed our evening with Chef Gaspare. The meal was delicious (we made it again a few weeks later!) and Chef Gaspare was great! I recommend this as a fun date night or anniversary celebration.

what an excellent date night idea, I didn’t know what to expect that offered hiring a personal chef to come over and cook, however i was pleasantly surprised as he was not only an expert on the culinary subject and crafted very delicious Italian food but also a delight in conversation as well. Well mannered and kind hearted he was a pleasure to invite to our date night. Mahalo Chef Gaspare!

I am Italian, from the bay of Naples so I specialize in southern Italian comfort food with an emphasis on fresh, simple ingredients and seafood. I spent 25 years as a chef on merchant marine ships with Italian crews. I came to the Seattle area in 1989 and fell in love with the natural beauty here. I opened my first restaurant in 1993, then 2 more, all featuring rustic southern Italian comfort food.
