Who said you need to travel to the Mediterranean to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine?

With this cooking class, you can learn to create the most authentic Italian cuisine right in the comfort of your own kitchen. You'll get hands-on with key ingredients, learning to create recipes like chicken piccata, roasted garlic polenta and truffled asparagus al forno. Have a sweet tooth in need of satisfying? A butterscotch budino with olive oil and salt is sure to do the trick.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

class was fun. but very light and fluffy. big disappointment is not having the correct containers to bring things home! you just taste while there and then leave everything

The class was well organized and moved at a good pace. I was not impressed with Chef Dan. He didn’t seem to enjoy what he was doing; he didn’t show us anything new or different in regards to cooking. He walked around with paper recipes and read the steps from them.
