Take the intimidation out of learning to create the sauces that are essential to assembling an outstanding French meal. Chef Ken guides you through each step with his expert knowledge in an atmosphere that promotes having fun and learning at the same time. Bring your new knowledge into your own home and impress your dinner guests again and again.
The class begins with learning to create classic tomato sauce, followed by creamy béchamel. Next on the menu is a rich velouté and tangy hollandaise. The class concludes with preparing a flavorful espagnole.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
