Learn the basics of Japanese cuisine as you craft essential, authentic Japanese sauces. Chef Fumiko guides you through creating a three course menu that includes handmade sauces brimming with authentic Japanese flavors and ingredients.

Then make a gorgeous salmon teriyaki glazed in a flavorful homemade teriyaki sauce. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. If your class is under the minimum, Chef Fumiko is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.

Chef Fumiko is 100% Japanese and it shows in her every movement. Her simple grace and hospitality, her humble style and her delicious cuisine. Her sauces are so simple and yet they turn a few ingredients into an incredibly tasty dish. She is the real thing. Loved this class. Highly recommended.
