What You’ll Do

Recreate irresistible Chinese flavors.

Say goodbye to takeout and bring your favorite Chinese dishes to life in this hands-on cooking class. A highly skilled chef will guide you through making a rich, tangy hot and sour soup, flipping perfectly crispy scallion pancakes and crafting irresistible honey sesame chicken that will have you reaching for seconds. Then, you’ll sauté ginger beef to pair with scallion lo mein for the ultimate noodle fix.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Anne was amazing. She made making croissants fun and exciting! She had fun stories and gave us LOTS of information regarding cooking and especially bread. I liked the way she taught the class.

Chef was NOT Christopher. Ingredients on menu were not available as advertised (yet they were in available in local store). This should’ve been disclosed the day before so we could reschedule. Chef was not very personable and did not seem to know the menu well. No chairs for sitting if needed and counter was too high (does not accommodate for disabilities under ADA).
