Kids Cooking Class - Contemporary Northwest Cuisine for Kids

Pacific Northwest cuisine is known not only for its healthful benefits, but for being influenced by a variety of cultures, from Asian to Native American. Chef Robert is a registered dietitian in addition to his extensive background in the culinary arts, and enjoys providing an exciting and fun environment for kids to learn. The best part is that your youngster will discover that healthy meals can also be delicious.

The class begins with preparing a mouthwatering salt and pepper halibut, followed by a delectable and nutritious frisée and sweet pea salad. Even after the class has drawn to a close, your child will be able to take their new skills home with them to share with friends and family.

Kids need to be accompanied by an adult for this class; adults required to purchase tickets in addition to kids.

The Summary is we had a blast! Chef Robert and Mrs. Chef came to my condo for about 3 hours and provided entertainment, education and tasty food for 4 of us. We ordered the Tapas menu, but notified the Chef that one of our party was gluten intolerant. He appropriately revised the menu. I don't even remember the details of the dishes prepared, but suffice it to say they were all delicious. I will use Chef and Cozymeal again when I have the opportunity
