Learn the secrets to creating mouthwatering sushi with Chef Billie!
Sushi is consistently among one of the more popular Japanese dishes, and sushi making is a highly regarded culinary art in its own right. Chef Billie will expertly guide you through all of the basics including proper rice preparation, filleting of fish, and how to form beautiful sushi rolls. She greatly enjoys passing on her knowledge and sharing her passion for the culinary arts in a fun and intimidation-free atmosphere.

In this class, you will learn to create a variety of succulent and beautifully-formed sushi rolls including refreshing vegetarian, savory tuna, delectable shrimp tempura, and classic rice. Even after the class has come to an end, you will be able to prepare delicious sushi in your own home for friends and family.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Booked the class Cuisine from Thailand with Chef Billie

I have always loved the flavours of Thailand, the sweet with the salty, fresh and bitter all together. Having tried in vain to recreate these at home I was pleased to learn how. My favourite part was the smashing of the green beans for the 'smashed bean salad'. Chef Billie keeps up a running commentary throughout and definitely gets into the spirit of the class.
