Healthy eating should not come at the expense of flavor, and with the expert guidance of Chef Robin in a personalized setting, you will learn to prepare mouthwatering meals that are both vegan and gluten-free. With her years of experience an executive chef and owner of an award-winning vegan restaurant in London, she delights in sharing her knowledge and love for cooking.
The class begins with learning to prepare savory stuffed mushrooms. From there, you will create a delicious grilled polenta cake. Your final dish will be composed of a decadent vanilla panna cotta. With your new knowledge, you will be able to prepare these meals in your own home and keep your dinner guests coming back again and again.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
