Let the new season guide you into a fresh way of eating.

Get ready for the weather warm-up with a cooking class that brings spring dining into focus. An A-plus local chef is ready to share guided lessons in marinated lamb skewers dressed with herbed yogurt, nutty farro peppered with snap peas, feta-topped roasted carrots and an upside-down cake featuring spring fruit and homemade buttermilk ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Eric began his culinary climb as a kitchen assistant, garnering real-world experience through the grocery and food service industries. His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
