Chef Yoko enjoys sharing her expertise and passion for cooking as she guides you through the process of creating authentic Vietnamese meals. In addition to being a cooking instructor, Chef Yoko also lectures extensively on the culinary arts.
Begin by learning to prepare a savory beef pho. Continue with crispy rice crackers, a delectable variety of spring rolls, and vinegar fish with orange and peanut butter dipping sauces that will awaken your palate. Follow that up with tender grilled marinated pork. Your journey concludes with a healthy and delicious avocado milkshake.
