Embrace the vibrant spices and luscious flavors of Turkish cuisine. Chef Terry is a culinary expert with a passion for Turkish foods.
Master her tips and techniques for flawless Turkish fare as you create a five course Turkish feast. Dinner begins with succulent marinated chicken kebabs and decadent sumac spiked freekeh, a nutty Turkish grain. Craft a peppery red lentil stew paired with a salad of tender lamb’s lettuce and garlicky yogurt. The meal ends with rich halva, filled with crushed almonds and delicate rose flower water.
Guests are welcome to bring beer or wine to enjoy with the class.
If your class is under the minimum, Chef Terry is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 30% of the per person rate.
