Learn to make classic American fare with a cooking class that puts domestic dining at the center of the table. Your ace instructor shares lessons in pulled pork sandwiches, tangy buttermilk coleslaw, potato chips made by hand and downhome strawberry shortcakes crowned with sweet cream. It's a festival of flavors that bring America's best to the table.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Steak, Gnocchi with squash, salad and vanilla dessert. Learning how to make gnocchi. My chef was very informative with how's and why's with patience and humor.
