Cooking Class - Fresh Produce Cooking for Winter

What You’ll Do

Learn how to use the freshest ingridients in this cooking class.

Take inspiration from the fresh produce at a winter farmer's market and learn how to make a cozy meal in this cooking class. A five-star chef will show you how to make a creamy polenta with wild mushroom ragù, roasted carrot tartlets and a refreshing blood orange hazelnut fennel salad. End the meal with a delightful tangerine champagne sorbet.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Fun class but chef made it feel rushed.. she was very nice. Did not like that there was no seats. It was standing the whole time
