Take a deep dive into the famous French techniques behind fine dining cuisine with a hands-on cooking class. Learn new skills in the kitchen while under the instruction of a five-star professional chef. Gain interactive experience while cooking through a multi-course menu including an appetizer, entreè and dessert. Sharpen your knife skills while preparing winter salad greens tossed with a homemade vinaigrette. Next, learn to make savory Coq au Vin served with truffle pommes aligot for the main course. End class with delicate lemon and sugar crêpes for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

instructor (not Eric) was great, except she talked way too fast. Biggest complaint is that the dishes were all far too salty. This wasn’t because of salt we added, but because of the premixed items provided to us. It’s especially concerning since we brought my 87 year old father, who has a serious heart condition. I am almost positive that I mentioned his special dietary requirement when making the reservation.
