Bake two varieties of holiday bread with a master chef in this interactive cooking class.
The secrets to fresh-baked bread await you in this holiday baking class. Master the techniques for creating fresh bread dough using yeast for that perfect rise. Then, practice proofing and baking the dough to create a sweet raspberry pull-apart, snowflake-shaped wreath with homemade icing, and a decadent chocolate hazelnut babka.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
