Chef Jessica shares all there is to know when it comes to herbs including drying, creating custom blends, the best herbs for seasoning, and proper storage. In addition to her background in the nutritional field, she is a certified holistic health coach that has a passion for fitness.
The class begins with learning to prepare a corn ravioli topped with a delectable marjoram cream sauce. For the second course, you will create a wholesome and flavorful herb roasted chicken with salsa verde. The third and final course consists of learning to make a fresh herb salad that is both healthy and flavorful.
