Beautiful weather and eating outside go together like fried chicken and biscuits, and in this class you’ll learn to make both. Join Chef John and learn to make some all-American picnic fare fit for a day at the Hollywood Bowl.
First up, you’ll learn how to make juicy fried chicken with a perfectly crisp skin, paired with a hot pepper vinegar sauce. On the side you’ll have freshly baked Southern biscuits and potato with bacon salad. Top it all off with classic banana pudding and you’ll have a picnic basket full of Southern goodness.
