Cooking Class - Global Street Food Feast

What You’ll Do

Street food favorites go from the cart to the kitchen in this interactive lesson.

In this immersive cooking class, you’ll sample beloved dishes from the street carts of Tokyo to the markets of Madrid. Guided by an expert chef, you’ll practice culinary techniques from around the globe as you prepare an international street food feast. Fill samosas, fry falafel, grill yakitori and more.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Devin was truly a treat to work with. Did the Fresh Mediterranean Flavors: Falafel to Baklava vegetarian class with him. He gave several options/adjustments that are helpful in our personal cooking experiences. I truly appreciated this insight, feedback, and improvisations. Those little gems of knowledgeable are more valuable than preparing the receipe. I would love to see more vegetarian cooking classes offered, esp involving beans, nutritional acumen, meaning a meal considering protein, mineral consumption, etc.
