Cooking Class - Cream Puffs, Eclairs and Religieuse with Chef Clemence

Master on-trend and classic French pastries in this hands-on baking class.

With a French heritage and a passion for pastry, Chef Clemence created this class to cover the essentials of baking pate a choux.

Throughout this comprehensive class, you'll work with pate a choux, a versatile dough used as the base to create three of the four types of pastries, including airy cream puffs, iconic eclairs, savory herb and cheese gougeres, as well as sugar-encrusted churros. You'll also learn the steps to crafting sweet vanilla bean pastry cream and an intensely chocolatey ganache to complete the pastries.
