Learn how to make a fantastic breakfast or brunch in a single vessel.
With a handful of techniques and great ingredients, a simple breakfast or brunch is within reach. Chef Clemence will teach you how to craft four morning-appropriate dishes that you can use as templates to design your own unique creations.
In this cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare a hearty option--a brisket and polenta breakfast bake--as well as shakshuka, a lighter dish of juicy tomato sauce nestled with yolky eggs. Because brunch isn't complete without a sweet component, you'll also learn to create a customized cookie sheet granola as well as a tender jam crumb cake.

Her parents moved from France to Washington, D.C. where she perfected her chocolate chip cookie recipe. She studied film in Syracuse, New York, worked at Fox in L.A. for a stint before her friends convinced her to open a dessert company. Besides teaching, she also develops recipes and serves as a food consultant.
